The Internal Actions menu provides JetBrains IDE plugin developers with a suite of tools to help develop, debug, and test their IntelliJ Platform project.

If the menu item **Tools \| Internal Actions** is not available in IntelliJ IDEA, then the first step is to [enable internal mode](enabling_internal.md)
